Two Indore Reports Describe Separate Family Murder Cases
The two reports describe separate deaths in Indore, not one shared case.
In the first, police say a woman named Surajbai killed her husband, Santosh Dabar.
The report says he had often hurt her and their four daughters.
It says he attacked her again, and she first struck him and later strangled him with her saree.
Police detained her and are investigating.
The second report is about a granddaughter accused of killing her grandfather with a cricket bat.
Police said that family members were deeply divided, but the report does not give their names or the date.
Police urged families to listen to children's complaints and seek counselling when needed.
One report says Surajbai allegedly killed her husband, Santosh Dabar, after he resumed attacking her at their home in Gandhinagar.
Police said Dabar had regularly assaulted Surajbai and their four daughters and restricted their movements and access to phones.
Surajbai allegedly first hit Dabar with a heavy object and later strangled him with her saree; police detained her and registered a murder case.
A separate report describes a granddaughter accused of killing her grandfather with a cricket bat under Aerodrome police station limits.
