PMC Postpones Junior Engineer Exam
The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has decided to postpone the Junior Engineer Exam that was supposed to happen on December 1, 2025.
This decision was made because many people who applied for the exam also had duties for upcoming elections and couldn't attend.
The PMC received a lot of applications, around 42,000, for 169 job openings.
They will announce a new date soon, so everyone should check the PMC's official website for updates.
The application process for this exam started on October 1 and ended on October 31, 2025.
The PMC had to delay a similar exam before because of election rules, so they are being careful this time.
PMC postponed the Junior Engineer Exam scheduled for December 1, 2025.
The postponement was due to conflicts with election duties for some applicants.
Around 42,000 candidates applied for 169 junior engineer posts.
