Passengers Booked for Assaulting Mumbai TC Over Ticket Dispute
Imagine a train ticket checker (TC) who asked some people for their tickets at the train station.
These people were on the wrong kind of tickets for the train they were on.
The TC told them they had to pay a fine.
Instead of paying, the people got angry and started an argument.
They even pushed the TC.
The police got involved, and now the people are in trouble with the law.
They are being charged with things like hurting someone and trying to stop a worker from doing their job.
Three passengers were booked for allegedly assaulting and molesting a 38-year-old woman ticket checker (TC) at CSMT.
The incident occurred after the TC asked for tickets from passengers who arrived from Ahmednagar on the Pragati Express.
The passengers were found traveling on local train tickets on a long-distance train.
The TC requested fines, which led to an argument and the alleged assault.
