Delhi Metro Golden Line Work Begins
The Delhi Metro is building a new line called the Golden Line.
It will connect Saket to Lajpat Nagar and link with three other metro lines at Lajpat Nagar.
This will make it easier for people to travel around Delhi.
The new line will have 8 stations and will connect to the Magenta, Violet, and Pink Lines.
Lajpat Nagar will become a big station where people can switch between different metro lines.
DMRC begins construction on the Saket–Lajpat Nagar corridor (Golden Line).
The corridor will connect with the Magenta Line at Chirag Delhi and the Violet and Pink Lines at Lajpat Nagar.
Lajpat Nagar will become a major interchange hub with connections to three metro lines.
The new line will have 8 stations, improving connectivity in South Delhi.
