SpaceX Recovers Starship From Indian Ocean After Month

SpaceX Recovers Starship From Indian Ocean After Month

SpaceX launched a very large rocket called Starship from Texas on July 24.

The flight was a test to see how the spacecraft performed.

Starship traveled through space for about an hour and then came down into the Indian Ocean.

It stayed floating and in one piece, which was different from earlier test flights.

SpaceX sent a recovery team to bring it back.

The team recovered Starship near Christmas Island.

The spacecraft will now be shipped back to Texas for engineers to study.

SpaceX hopes Starship will eventually carry people and equipment to the Moon and Mars.
