North Bengal Trains Cancelled After Landslides as Relief Begins

Landslides blocked railway routes in north Bengal.

Because of this, several trains were cancelled.

Some passengers became stuck on trains.

The state government gave them free bus rides, food and drinking water.

Officials also worked to find places for passengers to stay.

Twenty buses were provided to help move people.

Repair workers began fixing the damage so trains could run again.

The government said it was watching the situation closely.
