NHRC orders probe into VIT Bhopal jaundice outbreak and violence
Many students at VIT Bhopal got sick with jaundice because of dirty food and water.
They think the school didn't take care of them properly.
After a big fight, lots of students left the campus.
The government is now checking what happened and wants the school to fix the problems.
The school is closed until December 8th, and the students' exams are postponed.
The chief minister also said he will make sure the students are safe and the problems are fixed.
NHRC issued notices to MP government officials and UGC over allegations of human rights violations at VIT Bhopal.
Complaints allege unhygienic food, unsafe drinking water, and poor sanitation led to a jaundice outbreak.
Over 4,000 students left the campus after protests and violence on Tuesday night.
The university extended the holiday until 8 December and postponed examinations.
