178 AYUSH Seats Vacant in Maharashtra After Eight CET Rounds
In Maharashtra, after eight rounds of exams for AYUSH courses like Ayurveda and Homeopathy, 178 seats were still empty.
Most of these empty seats were in private colleges.
The government colleges had very few vacancies.
The exams had an extra round because the court said it wasn't fair that some students with lower marks couldn't get better seats.
Some students who didn't get a seat might wait for next year.
The exams for this year are now over, and they are getting ready for next year.
178 seats in AYUSH courses remained vacant after eight rounds of CET admissions in Maharashtra.
Most vacancies were in private colleges, with only a few in government colleges.
An additional round was conducted due to a Bombay High Court order addressing student grievances.
Students with lower marks were initially restricted from better seats, leading to vacancies in top AYUSH colleges.
