West Bengal Launches 2nd Phase of Housing Scheme Before Election
The West Bengal government started a new phase of a housing project called Banglar Bari.
This project helps people build houses.
The government gives money, about 1.20 lakh rupees, to families who need it.
To get this money, families must meet certain requirements and have their information checked.
Officials will visit homes to make sure everything is correct.
This is happening before the election, and the government hopes it will help many families get better homes.

The scheme aims to provide pucca houses to 16 lakh families.
