Philippines Targets India’s 50 Million Outbound Travelers
The Philippines and a big hotel company called CG Hospitality Global made a special agreement to bring more Indian tourists to the Philippines.
They want to show Indians the beautiful nature, great wellness places, and friendly hospitality of the Philippines.
The agreement was signed by important people from both sides.
One of the main places involved is a fancy resort called The Farm at San Benito, which is known for its focus on health and wellness.
The resort is part of a larger plan to open more hotels in the next few years.
CG Hospitality Global has many hotels in different countries and plans to grow even more.
This agreement is a big step to make it easier for Indians to visit the Philippines and enjoy what it has to offer.
The Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT PH) and CG Hospitality Global signed a landmark agreement to boost inbound tourism from India.
The agreement aims to position India, with over 50 million annual outbound travelers, as a priority for Philippine tourism.
The partnership was formalized between Philippine Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco and Rahul Chaudhary, MD & CEO of CG Hospitality Global.
Central to the partnership is The Farm at San Benito, an eco-luxury wellness resort south of Manila, which will join Marriott's Autograph Collection.
CG Hospitality Global plans to open 20 more properties in the next five years and set up another project similar to The Farm in India soon.
