Embraer Showcases Aircraft at Wings India 2026
Embraer, a big airplane company from Brazil, is showing off two of its planes, the E195-E2 and the E175, at a big airplane show in India called Wings India 2026.
These planes are special because they are very quiet and use less fuel, which is good for the environment.
The E195-E2 can carry a lot of people, up to 146, and the E175 can carry up to 88.
Embraer thinks India will need about 500 planes like these in the next 20 years.
They also want to work with an Indian company to make a special plane for the Indian Air Force.
This is all part of their plan to help more small cities in India have better airplane connections.
Embraer will display E195-E2 and E175 aircraft at Wings India 2026 in Hyderabad.
E195-E2 is noted for being the world's quietest and most fuel-efficient aircraft.
E175 is already part of Star Air's fleet in India and has an 80% market share in the US regional market.
Embraer projects India will need 500 aircraft in the 80-146 seat range over the next 20 years.
Embraer plans to propose the C-390 Millennium military transport aircraft to the Indian Air Force under a 'Make in India' partnership.
