Bangladesh-Pakistan Ties Improve with Flights
Bangladesh and Pakistan are becoming better friends again.
They are going to start direct flights between their capital cities, Dhaka and Karachi, starting in January.
This is a big deal because it shows they want to work together more.
They talked about how to make trade easier and how to help each other in medicine and education.
This all started after a big change in Bangladesh's government.
Before, Bangladesh was closer to India, but now it wants to be friends with Pakistan too.

Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Imran Haider, announced the flights during a meeting with Bangladesh’s Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus.
Both countries discussed expanding cooperation in trade, investment, aviation, medical, education, and cultural exchanges.
Bilateral trade has increased by 20% compared to last year.
Improved relations follow the ouster of former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who had closer ties with India.
