Mercedes-Benz Recalls AMG Models in India Due to Steering Issue
Mercedes-Benz is calling back some of its cars in India because of a problem with the steering wheel.
This means the steering wheel might not be attached properly, and could come loose over time.
If this happens, the driver could lose control of the car.
Only a few cars are affected: one C-Class AMG, one GLC and two GLC AMG.
Mercedes-Benz will contact the owners of the affected cars to fix the problem for free.
This is to make sure the cars are safe to drive.
Mercedes-Benz India recalls C-Class AMG, GLC AMG, and GLC due to steering issue.
The recall is due to faulty bolting in the steering wheel coupling.
A total of four vehicles are affected under this recall.
Affected vehicles were manufactured between 2022 and 2025.
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners and provide free replacements if needed.
