Slender Man Attacker Sent Back to Mental Health Institution

A woman named Morgan Geyser, who is 23 years old, was sent back to a mental health hospital because she ran away from her group home.

She and her friend Anissa Weier hurt their classmate Payton Leutner when they were 12 years old.

They did this because they believed a made-up character named Slender Man would make them his servants and not hurt their families.

Geyser was supposed to be released from the hospital but ran away with a 43-year-old man she met at church.

They were caught the next day at a truck stop.

The judge decided to send Geyser back to the hospital because she escaped.
