India's Tiranga travels 54 countries on 80th Independence Day

India just celebrated its 80th Independence Day.

To mark the special day, India's national flag travelled to many countries.

The flag went to 54 different countries around the world.

People call the journey "Suryapath," which means the path of the sun.

The relay followed the sun as it rises in the sky.

Indian embassies and offices in other countries helped with the journey.

They raised the flag at each stop along the way.

The trip started in a country called Fiji.

From there, the flag went to New Zealand and Australia.

Finally, it reached countries in East and Southeast Asia.
