Israeli flags on Lebanon road violate UN resolution, UNIFIL says

There are peacekeepers called UNIFIL who help keep the peace between Israel and Lebanon.

They saw Israeli flags on a big road in southern Lebanon.

The peacekeepers say those flags break an important agreement called resolution 1701.

That agreement was made to stop a war between Israel and a group called Hezbollah.

Israel has soldiers in southern Lebanon to protect its people from Hezbollah.

Israel says it is following international law and is not trying to hurt Lebanon.

Lebanon and Israel made a deal for Israel to leave slowly if Hezbollah gives up its weapons.

Hezbollah says it will not talk about its weapons until Israel leaves.

Recently, there was more fighting and at least 11 people were killed.

The peacekeepers are asking everyone to stay calm and not do things that could cause more trouble.
