DDA Offers 25% Discount on Narela Flats

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is offering a 25% discount on 1,200 ready-to-move flats in Narela, Delhi.

This scheme, called 'Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026,' is aimed at making housing more affordable for government employees and corporate professionals.

The flats are available in 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK configurations, with prices starting at Rs 33.40 lakh for a 1 BHK, Rs 75.55 lakh for a 2 BHK, and Rs 1.065 crore for a 3 BHK.

Registrations for the scheme will start on Friday.

This initiative is part of the DDA's efforts to clear its unsold inventory in Narela, where it has struggled to find buyers for several years.
