Chennai to Host India's First Man-Made Beach Micronation Project
A real estate company in Chennai called GTB is building a new, fancy neighborhood called Republic of Nature.
The most exciting part is that it will have India's first-ever man-made beach, like the ones you see in Dubai!
This new place will be built on 32 acres and won't allow cars, making it a safe and green community.
It's designed to be a very luxurious place to live, with beautiful homes and lots of nature, including special trees and ponds.
They are even building a nice hotel with the famous Taj brand.
The whole project will be built in different stages over five years and is expected to be worth a lot of money.
You can buy apartments or big houses called villas, and they have special features like private pools.
GT Bharathi Urban Developers has launched Republic of Nature (RON), India's first man-made beach micronation, in Chennai.
The project features a 3.5-acre artificial beach, luxury living, and sustainable development on a 32-acre car-free site.
RON is valued at ₹2,500 crore and will be developed in four phases over five years.
A partnership with IHCL will bring a 120-key Taj hotel to the development.
Phase 1 includes 60 villas and 155 apartments, with prices for apartments starting at ₹99 lakh and villas from ₹3.75 crore.
