Nelson Peltz Shifts $4.2 Billion Trian Portfolio in Q2

Nelson Peltz’s investment firm, Trian Fund Management, owns parts of eight companies.

Together, these investments were worth about $4.23 billion on June 30, 2026.

GE Aerospace was the largest investment, making up more than one-third of the portfolio.

Janus Henderson and Solventum were the next-largest holdings.

Trian made its biggest move by buying many more shares of GE HealthCare.

It also bought a very small number of additional Wendy’s shares.

At the same time, Trian sold some shares of Janus Henderson and Invesco.

It did not completely sell any of its eight holdings or add a brand-new company.

Most of the portfolio remained concentrated in three companies.
