Stranger Things 5: First Five Minutes Released by Netflix
Imagine the show Stranger Things is like a big storybook, and the creators just showed you the first few pages of the very last chapter!
These pages take us way back to when one of the characters, Will, first got lost in a scary place called the Upside Down.
In these opening minutes, we see Will being chased by a monster called the Demogorgon and then meeting the main villain, Vecna.
Vecna says something mysterious to Will, hinting that they have a special connection.
The showrunners have also shared when the rest of the final season will come out.
It will be released in chunks, with the first part arriving soon, then another part a month later, and the very last episode on New Year's Day.
This season is all about the characters trying to defeat Vecna and understand more about the Upside Down and why Will disappeared in the first place.
Netflix has released the first five minutes of 'Stranger Things' Season 5, Episode 1, titled 'The Crawl'.
The opening scene revisits Will Byers' disappearance in the Upside Down on November 12, 1983, featuring the Demogorgon and Vecna.
Vecna tells Will Byers, 'You and I, we are going to do such beautiful things together.'
The final season will be released in three parts, with the first dropping on November 27, the second on December 26, and the finale on New Year's Day.
The season premiere's opening scene is a flashback to 1983, while the main storyline of the season begins in the fall of 1987 with Hawkins under military quarantine.
