Yamaha India Aims for 25% Export Growth, Chennai Plant as Global Hub

Yamaha, a company that makes motorcycles and scooters, is planning to send 25% more vehicles from India to other countries this year.

They want to use their factory in Chennai, India, as a main place to send these vehicles all around the world.

This includes sending them to really developed countries like the United States, countries in Europe, and even back to Japan.

They've already started sending vehicles to Europe and it's been successful.

Yamaha currently sends its products to about 55 different countries and is looking to find even more places to sell their vehicles.

Last year, they sent a lot more vehicles out of India than the year before, showing they are already growing their exports.
