Birla Estates Targets Top-Three Position Across Key Indian Markets
Birla Estates is a company that builds expensive homes in India.
It wants to become one of the three biggest builders in several important cities and regions.
These include Mumbai, Delhi’s wider region, Pune and Bengaluru.
The company says it has grown quickly in recent years.
It plans to build more homes in smaller areas within these markets.

It aims to double pre-sales to Rs 15,000 crore and achieve a gross development value of Rs 9,600 crore across the four markets during the current financial year.
