Hyderabad Integration Day Meeting Honors Seventh Nizam’s Legacy

A group called Tehreek Muslim Shabban held a meeting in Hyderabad.

The meeting remembered the 1948 integration of Hyderabad State into India.

It also honored Mir Osman Ali Khan, the Seventh Nizam of Hyderabad.

Speakers said he helped build schools, hospitals, roads, water projects, and industries.

They said he supported both Muslim and Hindu religious and charitable institutions.

They described this shared culture as Hyderabad’s Ganga-Jamuna Tehzeeb.

People paid respects at the Nizam’s grave.

The group asked the Telangana government to honor his work through an award and school lessons.
