Daayra, Vibe Fizzle as Hanuman Ansh Holds Strong

Two new movies, Daayra and Vibe, opened in Indian cinemas on Friday.

Daayra made Rs 90 lakh on its first day.

Vibe did slightly better, earning Rs 1.29 crore.

Both films earned less than Hanuman Ansh, even though Hanuman Ansh has been playing for seven weeks.

Hanuman Ansh made Rs 5 crore on its 43rd day.

Its total India nett collection reached Rs 248.38 crore.

Its worldwide gross collection reached Rs 316.30 crore.

This means the older film remained more popular with audiences than the new releases.
