Dhurandhar Overtakes Pathaan at Worldwide Box Office

The movie Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh, has become a huge success.

It has earned over ₹1,100 crore worldwide, which is more than another popular movie, Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan.

Dhurandhar is doing really well, even after four weeks in theaters.

It is also close to beating another big movie, Pushpa 2, in earnings from the Hindi version.

Ranveer Singh's performance in the movie has shown that he can attract a lot of people to the theaters, just like the biggest stars.

This success might mean that people's preferences for movies and actors are changing.

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma says Dhurandhar has stopped the 'invasion' of Bollywood by southern film industries and is a threat to industry insiders due to its scale and impact.

The sequel, Dhurandhar 2, is set to release on 19 March and is expected to be an even bigger hit.

Meanwhile, the movie 'Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri', starring Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday, has seen a big drop in box office collections after the weekend.

It earned only ₹0.95 crore on its fifth day, bringing its total domestic collection to about ₹24.45 crore.

The movie opened well on Christmas day but has since struggled to keep audiences interested, especially in cities.

Critics have liked the movie's looks and production but have criticized the story and acting.

The supporting actors, like Neena Gupta and Jackie Shroff, have been praised for their performances.
