CCRT Tiranga Rally Draws 750 Schoolchildren to Hitec City
In the city of Hyderabad, schoolchildren took part in something special for India's flag.
About 750 kids from seven schools joined a march called a Tiranga rally.
They walked one kilometre through a place called Hitec City.
The children carried the Indian Tricolour flag and sang Vande Mataram, a famous patriotic song.
Teachers from 13 different states joined them on the walk.
After the march, the children enjoyed a concert with folk music and patriotic songs.
A musician named Dr Linga Srinivas and his group of folk artists performed for them.
The music included songs from Telangana and celebrated India's Independence and culture.
The day ended with everyone singing India's National Anthem, helping children feel proud of their country.
