India Women Cricketers Visit Ujjain Temple
Some of the top players from the Indian women's cricket team, like Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma, visited the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain to celebrate the New Year 2026.
They prayed at the temple and attended the Bhasma Aarti.
The team had a great year in 2025, winning the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup and a recent 5-0 series victory over Sri Lanka.
This visit was a way for them to start the new year with positive energy and blessings as they prepare for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026.
