Kolkata Police, KMC Make Arrangements for Durga Puja Immersion

Kolkata authorities are making special plans for the Durga Puja idol immersions because it's raining.

Police and the city government are working together.

They're putting officers at the river ghats and procession routes.

Rescue teams, divers, and drones will be used.

They're also reminding puja organizers about high tide times and banning DJs during the immersion.

This is all to make sure everything goes smoothly and safely for the thousands of pujas happening in the city.
