Cheetah Lamp Art Marks Modi’s Birthday in Madhya Pradesh
People in Madhya Pradesh used hundreds of lamps to make a picture of a cheetah.
They did this during a programme called ‘Aashirwad Ka Diya.’
The programme celebrated Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday.
It took place in Sheopur district, where Kuno National Park is located.
The display celebrated the return of cheetahs to India.
The cheetah relocation began in September 2022.
Eight cheetahs were brought from Namibia at the start of the project.
There are now 52 cheetahs in Madhya Pradesh, including 32 born in India.
The event also encouraged people to protect wildlife and nature.
Hundreds of lamps formed a cheetah image during the ‘Aashirwad Ka Diya’ programme in Sheopur district.
The event marked Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday and was held across India.
The lamp display honored Kuno National Park’s cheetah relocation initiative, which began in September 2022.
