Jana Sena to probe MLA allegations
The Jana Sena Party in India has decided to investigate some serious allegations made against one of their members, MLA Arava Sridhar.
A woman who works for the government said that the MLA did some very bad things to her for over a year.
The party has set up a special team to look into this.
They have asked the MLA to explain himself in seven days.
Until they decide what to do, the MLA has been told to stay away from all party activities.
The MLA's mother also went to the police and said that the woman is trying to blackmail them for a lot of money.
The party will look at all the facts and then make a final decision.
