The government of Jammu and Kashmir has made a plan to help people get better jobs.
This plan lasts for five years and has four main parts.
The first part helps school students learn useful skills.
The second part helps college students get internships and prepare for exams.
The third part makes technical schools better so students can learn skills that companies need.
The fourth part helps workers improve their skills and learn new things.
The plan aims to help a lot of people, including school students, college students, and workers.
The government will also make a website to help people find jobs inside and outside the country.
