Thumba Police Invoke KAAPA Against Two More Gangsters
Imagine some bad guys are causing trouble.
The police in Thumba are using a special law called Kaapa to stop them.
This law prevents these bad guys from causing more problems.
Recently, two more of these troublemakers, Binoy Albert and Shiju, have been targeted by Kaapa.
They have been banned from the city for six months to prevent further crimes.
Shiju was connected to another gangster and also involved in various cases.
The police can make more arrests if these bad guys break the rules.
This year, fewer people have been arrested under Kaapa than last year.
