This is good news for people who haven't updated their iPhones to the newest iOS 26 version yet.
Apple wants to make sure that even older iPhones are kept safe from potential security risks.
The update includes fixes for apps like the App Store, camera, and notes.
It shows that Apple still cares about protecting its older devices, which is important for user trust.
Apple released iOS 18.7.2 this week, an update focused on security.
This update is recommended for all eligible iPhone users still on the iOS 18 version.
