O Romeo Trailer Launches Amidst Controversy and Delays
Vishal Bhardwaj's new movie 'O'Romeo' stars Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri.
The trailer shows a story about love, passion, and some exciting action.
Avinash Tiwari and Nana Patekar also have important roles.
The movie is coming out on Valentine's Day 2026.
However, there's some trouble because the daughter of a man named Hussain Ustara says the movie shows her father in a wrong way.
She has even sent a legal notice to the movie makers.
The family says her father was not a bad person, but the movie makes him look like one.
Everyone is waiting to see how this turns out and if the movie will be as good as the trailer.
Also, Nana Patekar reportedly left the trailer launch event early because the lead actors were late.
The movie took over a decade to make because Vishal Bhardwaj was very particular about the story and the budget.
He finally made it with the help of Sajid Nadiadwala.
Shahid Kapoor plays a gangster named Romeo Ustara, which is different from his usual romantic roles.
He was initially nervous about taking on this challenging role but is excited to work with Vishal Bhardwaj again.
Vishal Bhardwaj's 'O'Romeo' stars Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri, with Avinash Tiwari and Nana Patekar in supporting roles.
The trailer showcases a story of love, passion, and destruction, with a release date set for February 13, 2026.
The film has sparked controversy as Sanober Shaikh, daughter of Hussain Ustara, claims the movie misrepresents her father's legacy.
Shaikh has issued a legal notice to the filmmakers, stating that the film inaccurately portrays her father as a gangster.
Nana Patekar reportedly left the trailer launch event early because the lead actors were late.
