Maharashtra Cabinet Approves Major Highway Upgrades

The Maharashtra cabinet has given the green light to several major highway projects.

This includes a big upgrade to the Pune-Shirur highway, making it a four-lane road with a six-lane elevated expressway.

They also approved two six-lane highways in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district.

Additionally, they agreed to build a new road connecting Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to the Samruddhi Expressway.

The chief minister has asked for the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar-Ahilyanagar road to be fixed urgently.

All these projects aim to improve traffic flow and connectivity in the region.
