Jared Kushner in Israel for Gaza Talks
President Trump has a plan to stop the fighting in Gaza.
Part of this plan is a ceasefire that started on October 10th.
Jared Kushner, who is like a special helper to President Trump, has gone to Israel to talk about this plan with the leader there, Prime Minister Netanyahu.
The plan involves Hamas giving back people they are holding, and eventually, a group of soldiers from different countries might help keep the peace in Gaza.
However, Israel doesn't want soldiers from Turkey to be part of this international group, even though the U.S. has said Turkey would be involved.
Hamas has returned some people and bodies, but some are still being held.
They are talking about what happens next to make the plan work.
Jared Kushner has arrived in Israel for talks with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the U.S. plan to end the Gaza war.
The U.S. plan, announced by President Trump, began with a ceasefire on October 10 and includes the handover of hostages.
Hamas has released 20 living hostages and the remains of 24 hostages since the ceasefire began.
The next phase involves establishing a multinational force to gradually take over security in Gaza.
