Karnataka Lokayukta raids KIMS administrator's properties
The Karnataka Lokayukta, which is like a watchdog for the government, did surprise checks at six places connected to the boss of a medical college.
They are looking for evidence that he might have more money and property than he should.
This is not the first time they have done this.
Earlier, they found a lot of money and property belonging to a forest department official.
They also did similar checks in other places and found some problems.
The boss of the medical college was already in trouble for something called the Valmiki Corporation scam.
The checks are still going on, and we will know more later.
Karnataka Lokayukta conducted raids at six locations linked to KIMS administrator.
Raids were carried out at the administrator's residence, office, and other properties.
More than 30 officials are involved in the operation, led by Koppal Lokayukta DSP Lokesh.
The administrator was previously suspended due to the Valmiki Corporation scam.
