Goa CM Announces 6,000-8,000 New Jobs in Six Months

The leader of Goa, a state in India, made a big promise on Independence Day.

He said the government will create 6,000 to 8,000 new jobs in the next six months.

These jobs will be in different government departments.

This is good news for young people looking for work.

He also talked about new roads, bridges, and highways.

One new elevated road near Panaji will open before the Ganesh Chaturthi festival.

Soon, the government will also start building a new bridge called the Borim bridge in South Goa.

Goa is also the first state in India to measure happiness.

The traditional Goan theatre art called Tiatr was added to India's cultural heritage list.

The government wants to improve jobs, roads, and culture all at once.
