IFFCO Inaugurates Bengaluru Nano-Fertiliser Plant
IFFCO, a big company that helps farmers, opened a new factory in Bengaluru on December 26, 2025.
This factory makes special fertilizers called nano-fertilisers, which help plants grow better.
The new factory can make 2 lakh bottles of these special fertilizers every day.
This is IFFCO's fourth factory for these fertilizers.
The other factories are in Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh.
The new factory will help farmers in South India get these fertilizers more easily.
The leaders of IFFCO say this new factory is a big step towards making India self-reliant in farming.
They also say it shows the strength of working together and helping each other, which is important for the growth of the country and the prosperity of farmers.
IFFCO inaugurated its fourth nano-fertiliser production plant in Bengaluru on December 26, 2025.
The new plant has a production capacity of 2 lakh bottles per day, boosting IFFCO's total capacity to 9.5 lakh 500 ml bottles per day.
IFFCO operates three other nano-fertiliser units in Kalol (Gujarat) and Aonla and Phulpur (Uttar Pradesh).
The Bengaluru plant aims to ensure consistent availability of nano-fertilisers across South India, supporting farmers with innovative inputs.
IFFCO's Managing Director highlighted the plant as a symbol of Swadeshi innovation and a step towards Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Aatmanirbhar Krishi, reinforcing India's self-reliance in agriculture.
