Hyderabad Students Urge JNTUH Action on Tuition Fee Shortfall

Hyderabad Students Urge JNTUH Action on Tuition Fee Shortfall

Some students in Hyderabad go to a big engineering college called JNTUH.

The government runs a program called ePASS that promises to pay their full school fees.

But the students are only receiving part of the money — around ₹30,000 to ₹40,000.

So they have to pay the rest of the fees themselves.

These students come from the BC, SC, and ST communities and are supposed to get 100 percent of their fees paid.

They asked the college principal to help them get the full amount.

They said this problem has been going on for several years.

They have visited many government offices, but nothing has been fixed.

Now the students want the college to form a special committee to look into why the money is short.

The committee would keep talking to the government until every eligible student gets the full reimbursement.
