Rahul Gandhi Urges Youth Protest Against Violence Toward Women

Rahul Gandhi asked young people to protest peacefully for women's safety.

He said women should not be blamed when someone attacks them.

He argued that criminals, not victims, should be punished.

Gandhi said women should be able to walk in public places safely.

He criticized suggestions that women should stay home or avoid parks at night.

He called for safer streets and changes in the behavior of men who mistreat women.

He said the government responds only when people create pressure, according to his statement.

He also expressed support for students and others protesting these crimes.
