Delhi Police bust bank account kit factory after Instagram scam

Delhi Police bust bank account kit factory after Instagram scam

A man in Delhi was looking at Instagram one day.

He saw a post offering a job you can do from home.

He paid Rs 10,000 to sign up for the job.

But the job was fake and the people stopped talking to him.

He told the police what happened.

The police followed the money and found a secret group.

This group made 'bank account kits' to help bad people cheat others.

They sold these kits to fraudsters in India and other countries.

Police arrested six people, including the group's leader and a bank manager.

Police are now asking banks to check more carefully so this stops.
