BJP Accuses Congress-CPM in Sabarimala Gold Loot
Rajeev Chandrasekhar, the president of the BJP in Kerala, has accused the Congress and CPM of being involved in a larger conspiracy related to the Sabarimala gold loot.
He shared photos of the key accused, Unnikrishnan Potty, with Congress leader Sonia Gandhi and Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to support his claims.
Chandrasekhar believes that the loot began during the Congress regime and that both parties are trying to cover it up.
He also alleged that a case filed against Palakkad MLA Rahul Mamkootathil is a political ploy to divert attention from the Sabarimala gold loot.
The BJP demands an independent investigation to bring the culprits to justice.
Meanwhile, Kerala Education Minister V. Sivankutty criticized the Congress for their silence on the sexual harassment case against MLA Rahul Mamkootathil.
The Congress has suspended Mamkootathil, considering it equivalent to expulsion, and has barred him from party activities.
