Yogi, Maurya target Rahul Gandhi ahead of Shah's protest reply

Yogi, Maurya target Rahul Gandhi ahead of Shah's protest reply

In India's Parliament, groups of leaders meet to talk about important things happening in the country.

Some students in a city called Delhi protested, and the police did something that upset the Congress party.

Congress wanted the home minister, Amit Shah, to explain what happened.

The government agreed to talk about it, and Amit Shah was ready to give an answer in the Lok Sabha.

But Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, and his deputy Keshav Prasad Maurya said Congress leaders should stay and listen.

They told Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, 'Don't run away!'

and used the hashtag #Rahul_Bhagna_Nahi, which means 'Rahul don't run away.'

They believe Congress likes to make noise and leave when the truth is told.

The government says that in a democracy, prestige comes from debate and listening to answers, not from running away.

Rahul Gandhi leads the opposition in the Lok Sabha, and everyone is waiting to hear what Amit Shah says.
