Police in and around Pimpri-Chinchwad recorded several unrelated crime cases.
In Dighi, three people were accused of insulting, threatening and assaulting someone during a housing-society meeting.

A senior citizen allegedly lost ₹30,000 after an unidentified person swapped his ATM card and observed his PIN at a Dange Chowk machine.
Police registered cases over ₹1.4 lakh in stolen copper wire from a construction-site storeroom and a ₹20,000 Honda Shine stolen in Talegaon Dabhade.
Separate cases involved a youth allegedly injured with a stone during an old dispute and a pillion passenger seriously hurt after rash driving and sudden braking.
Police seized mephedrone worth ₹1,74,900 in Pimpri and 562 grams of ganja worth ₹28,100 in Nanekarwadi in separate narcotics cases.
