Indore Ganesh Pandals Showcase Clay Idols and Royal Darbars

Indore is celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi with many decorated pandals.

Each pandal has a different design for Lord Ganesha.

The Tilak Nagar idol is 14 feet tall and uses about three tonnes of clay.

It has a gentle face that many children and visitors like.

The Lalbagh idol wears blue clothes, a crown and flower garlands.

It sits on a decorated throne.

The Rambagh idol is placed inside a grand setting that looks like a temple or royal darbar.

Together, these pandals show different artistic styles across the city.
