India Unveils Saffron Jersey for 2026 Hockey World Cup
India’s hockey team is getting ready for a big world tournament in 2026.
They have a new bright orange jersey instead of the old blue one.
The jersey has a big wheel design from a Hindu god, patterns that look like art, and the word India in a special script.
It also says "Think India, Think Odisha" to thank the state of Odisha for helping hockey.
The team posted the new jersey on social media and said it shows their pride and readiness to play well.
Indian hockey team will compete in the 2026 FIH World Cup in Belgium and Netherlands.
Hockey India released a new saffron jersey, replacing the traditional all‑blue kit.
Design features a Sudarshan Chakra motif, mandala patterns, navy blue Ashoka Chakra details, and the word "भारत".
