Kanger Valley National Park Aims for UNESCO Status
The Kanger Valley National Park in Chhattisgarh is trying to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This park is very special because it has lots of different plants and animals, and even some cool caves.
The government has asked experts to study the park and tell UNESCO why it should be protected.
There's another place in Chhattisgarh, called Sirpur, that's also on the list to be recognized for its old buildings and history.
Both places are hoping to get special status from UNESCO.
