Fadnavis highlights BJP's urban development efforts in Maharashtra
Devendra Fadnavis, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, talked about how the BJP has been working to improve cities like Pune and Jalna.
He said that Pune has very few roads compared to other cities, but the BJP is planning to build more roads, flyovers, and even a big tunnel to help with traffic.
They are also expanding the metro and adding more electric buses.
Fadnavis mentioned that the BJP has done a lot of development work since 2017, and they have big plans for the future.
He also criticized the NCP, saying that they didn't do enough for Pune when they were in charge.
In Jalna, Fadnavis accused the Congress party of ignoring city development for many years and highlighted BJP initiatives like a dry port, better water supply, and a new medical college.
He also talked about a scheme to help women become financially independent.
Fadnavis criticized NCP's past governance in Pune, highlighting BJP's development work since 2017.
BJP plans to expand metro network, add electric buses, and widen 32 roads using AI in Pune.
Pune has only 9% of its land used for roads, the least in India, prompting BJP to plan underground roads and a 54 km tunnel.
BJP's initiatives in Jalna include a dry port, improved water supply, a new medical college, and the 'Ladki Bahin' scheme for women's financial empowerment.
Fadnavis assured continuation of the 'Ladki Bahin' scheme, aiming to financially empower one crore women.
