Buffalo Bills Promote Joe Brady to Head Coach

He used to be the team's offensive coordinator, which means he helped plan how the team would score points.
The Bills made him the head coach after firing their old coach, Sean McDermott.
This change is good because Joe Brady knows the team well and has a good plan for the quarterback, Josh Allen.
Under Joe Brady, the Bills' offense has been very strong, leading the league in rushing yards and scoring a lot of points.
The team hopes that with Joe Brady as the head coach, they can finally win the Super Bowl.
